The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 29, 2026, notified regarding payment of SEBI turnover fees across segments, including applicable GST.
The following has been stated:
Trading Members are informed that SEBI turnover fees applicable across all exchange segments, including Cash, Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, New Debt, Repo, and EGR segments, continue to attract GST at the rate of 18% effective from July 18, 2022. Accordingly, the turnover fees along with applicable GST for the month of May 2026 will be debited from the respective settlement (valan) account or Exchange dues account of Trading Members on June 03, 2026.
Members can access segment-wise turnover details and the amount payable through EXTRANET (Current Date > EQ > Transaction) on or before June 02, 2026. GST at 18% will be calculated on the amount mentioned in Column 26 of the TF2A file. Invoices for May 2026 will also be made available on EXTRANET by June 02, 2026, under the path: Periodic Files > 2026 > ZIP file named “SEBIMAY2026.Member_Code.” Members should note that SEBI turnover fees and GST will continue to be debited separately with appropriate narration in the account statement.
Trading Members are therefore advised to maintain sufficient funds in their settlement or Exchange dues account to ensure smooth processing of these charges. The related files include TF2Ammyy, TF2Bmmyy, TF2Cmmyy, TF2Dmmyy, TF2Emmyy, TF2Fmmyy, TF2Gmmyy, TF2Hmmyy, TF2Immyy, and TF2Jmmyy, where “mmyy” denotes the respective month and year.
