Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on May 29, 2026, announced a mock trading session for the Electronic Gold Receipts (EGR) segment to be conducted on May 30, 2026 from both the Primary Site (PR) and Disaster Recovery Site (DR). The session is intended to enable trading members to test their trading applications, including third-party and in-house systems connected through ETI APIs, under various operational and exceptional market scenarios.

The mock session will begin with login access from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a pre-open session at the Primary Site and continuous trading from 10:15 AM to 12:00 PM. After a disaster recovery switchover between 12:00 PM and 12:45 PM, a second pre-open session will be conducted at the DR site, followed by continuous trading from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM. The session will conclude with closing and post-closing activities up to 3:05 PM.

BSE clarified that trades executed during the mock session are solely for testing and familiarization purposes and will not result in any margin requirements, pay-in/pay-out obligations, rights, or liabilities. Trading members have been requested to participate actively and submit feedback on the mock trading exercise by 4:00 PM on the same day.
