Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 29, 2026, issued Update of single filing system through API-based integration between Stock Exchanges.

The notice informs about an update to the single filing system enabled through API-based integration between stock exchanges. With effect from May 29, 2026, the system has been extended to cover certain XBRL-based filings for specified disclosure events, allowing listed entities to submit such filings through a unified platform.

However, it is clarified that for key disclosures under Regulations 29, 30, 34, and 39 of SEBI LODR, as well as Trading Window disclosures, entities must continue to submit PDF filings separately to both exchanges. The single filing system currently applies only to limited XBRL events, and for all other disclosures, companies must continue dual submissions (PDF and XBRL, where applicable) on each exchange.

Additionally, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reports (BRSR), forming part of the annual report, must also continue to be filed in PDF format with both exchanges and are not yet covered under the single filing system. Listed entities are advised to avoid duplicate filings for disclosures that are already covered under the single filing mechanism.
