The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on May 27, 2026, notified the correction in the Manufacturer and Brand Details in the Ringer Lactate Ceiling Price Notification.
It has issued a corrigendum to its older notification S.O. 1584(E) dated March 25, 2026, concerning the fixation of a separate ceiling price for Ringer Lactate. The amendment corrects the details at Serial No. 4 of Table-B, specifying that the manufacturer should be M/s Fresenius Kabi India Pvt. Ltd. and the corresponding product/brand names should be “Freeflex Bags” and “Eurohead Bottle.” All other provisions, notes, and contents of the original notification remain unchanged.
