The following has been stated:-

•The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has updated its PCOMP portal to initiate the mandatory annual Self-Attestation process for the financial year 2026-27, requiring all participating members to submit their compliance status regarding NPCI guidelines. 

•This compliance checklist is strictly based on NPCI’s various Procedural Guidelines, Operating Circulars, and Technical Specification Documents. 

•Members must complete and submit this process digitally through the PCOMP portal by the primary deadline of August 31, 2026, while adhering to separate specific dates provided on the portal for directives listed under the 'General' tab.

•To ensure smooth operations, members are instructed to disseminate this information to all their concerned officials. 

•Ultimately, any non-adherence to these timelines or discovered non-compliance will make the members liable for penalties and disciplinary actions by the Surveillance and Enforcement Team.
