The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on April 30, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Master Circular - Member Inspection 2025-26.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Exchange has issued a Master Circular consolidating all operational circulars and directions related to “Member-Inspection” issued up to March 31, 2026.
• The objective is to provide members and users with a single reference document containing all applicable inspection-related provisions and guidelines.
• In case of any inconsistency between the Master Circular and the original circulars, the provisions of the original applicable circulars will prevail.
• Any actions, inspections, investigations, enquiries, or disciplinary proceedings initiated under earlier revised or rescinded processes will continue to remain valid and will be treated as actions under the corresponding provisions of the Master Circular.
• Rights, obligations, liabilities, penalties, legal proceedings, and past actions arising under previous circulars or processes will remain unaffected despite rescission or revision of such earlier circulars.
