The Department of Labour, Employment & Overseas Placement, Himachal Pradesh on April 29, 2026, issued the Draft Himachal Pradesh Industrial Relation Rules, 2026.
The following has been stated namely: -
• They extend to whole of Himachal Pradesh
• Regulations regarding the Bi-Partite has been stated in Chapter II
• Regulations regarding the Trade Unions has been stated in Chapter III
• Form of arbitration agreement and the manner has been stated in Chapter VI
• The Regulations regarding the Mechanism for Resolution of Industrial Disputes has been stated in Chapter VII
This shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.
