The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on June 01, 2026, issued a notification regarding the Annual Hindi Implementation Assessment Report (2025–26).
The following has been stated:-
•ESIC offices/hospitals are required to submit detailed data on the use of Hindi in official correspondence, bilingual documents, replies to Hindi communications, and compliance with Official Language provisions.
•The assessment covers Hindi training, workshops, typing/stenography proficiency, purchase of Hindi books, Hindi entries in records/registers, and bilingual website content.
•Offices are also evaluated on Rajbhasha Committee meetings, Hindi Day/Rajbhasha Fortnight activities, inspections, quarterly reporting, and implementation of Hindi in designated branches.
•Marks are awarded based on prescribed targets, and the Head of Office must certify the accuracy of the information submitted for the financial year 2025–26.
