Labour ComplianceThe Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on May 29, 2026, notified regarding the Wage Ceiling of ₹15,000 per Month under Chapter III of the Code on Social Security, 2020.

The Central Government has notified a wage ceiling of ₹15,000 per month for Chapter III of the Code on Social Security, 2020, in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (89) of section 2 of the Code. This notified wage limit will be used to determine the eligibility and applicability of the provisions covered under Chapter III of the Code.
