The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX), on June 1, 2026, issued a circular extending the cut-off date for determining the billing of Authorised Person (AP) Annual Subscription Charges for the financial year 2026-27. This amendment revises the timeline prescribed under an earlier circular dated April 9, 2026.
Under the revised framework, the cut-off date for counting registered Authorised Persons has been extended from May 31, 2026 to September 30, 2026. Consequently, the annual subscription charges payable by members for FY 2026-27 will now be calculated based on the closing number of registered APs as on September 30, 2026.
The circular provides additional time for members to manage and finalize their Authorised Person registrations before the billing count is determined. Members have been advised to take note of the revised cut-off date for compliance and subscription charge purposes.
