•Valid for a period of five years from its date of release, this strategic policy aims to create a robust circular economy by fostering advanced electronics recycling and dismantling infrastructure.
•Approved by the Council of Ministers following financial concurrence, the framework introduces fiscal incentives to encourage private sector investment, technological innovation, and compliance with modern environmental standards.
•It focuses heavily on maximizing resource recovery, minimizing hazardous environmental degradation, and formalizing the unorganized waste management sector.
•Ultimately, this policy positions Haryana as a forward-looking, ecologically responsible hub capable of handling the expanding volume of digital and electronic waste.
