The Revenue Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh on June 02, 2026, issued the amendment to the older notification NO. G.O.Ms. No.327, dated May 21, 2012, issued under section 4A of the Andhra Pradesh (Regulation of Trade in Indian Made Foreign Liquor, Foreign Liquor) Act, 1993.
In the said notification, the following shall be substituted for "2. CASE (i): Indian Made Foreign Liquor": -
"2 CASE (i): Indian Made Foreign Liquor (other than Beer, Wine and Ready to drink varieties): Case means 9 numbers of 1000ml, 12 numbers of 750ml, 24 numbers of 375ml, 45 numbers of 200ml, 48 numbers of 180ml, 60 numbers of 150ml, 96 numbers of 90ml, 150 numbers of 60ml bottles or any other size/pack, the case of which is equal to 9 Bulk Litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor."
