The circular clarifies the requirements under the SEBI's Ease of Doing Investment (EoDI) framework regarding disclosures on social media platforms. Investment Advisers are required to ensure that their registered name and SEBI registration number are properly displayed on all social media platforms and accounts used for business or investor communication. Additionally, whenever there is any change in their social media details, Investment Advisers shall promptly update the information on the relevant platform.
