The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 06, 2026, issued Mock Trading on Saturday, June 06, 2026, for Equity segment.
The Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session for the Equity segment on June 6, 2026 (Saturday). Members are advised to refer to earlier Exchange guidelines and SEBI circular dated November 24, 2020, regarding mandatory testing of trading and risk management systems. Participation in either the mock session or the UAT environment can be used to meet regulatory testing requirements.
The session provides an opportunity for trading members, including those using third-party platforms, to test system functionalities under various scenarios such as call auction sessions, risk-reduction mode, trading halts, and block deals. No new BOLT TWS version will be released for this session.
The mock session will begin with login from 10:15 am to 10:45 am, followed by multiple trading phases including pre-open session, continuous trading (T+1 till 3:30 pm and T+0 till 1:30 pm), special pre-open for IPOs/re-listed securities, periodic call auctions, and block deal windows. The market will close at 3:40 pm, followed by post-closing and trade modification sessions.
Certain sessions will include random stoppages in order entry to simulate real market conditions. Members are encouraged to actively participate and provide feedback after the session.
