The India International Bullion Exchange IFSC Limited (IIBX) on June 04, 2026, notified regarding the CKYC Identifier – For Paperless Onboarding and RE-KYC.
It has informed market participants that the Central KYC Records Registry has introduced a new facility enabling individuals to retrieve their 14-digit CKYC Identifier by giving a missed call to 7799022129 from the mobile number registered with their bank account. The CKYC Identifier is required for opening new financial accounts under the regulatory frameworks of the Reserve Bank of India, Securities and Exchange Board of India, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority, and International Financial Services Centres Authority.
Market participants have been advised to utilize this facility to simplify and expedite the account opening process.
