Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on June 04, 2026, notified regarding the Mock Trading with Primary DR Site Failover on June 06, 2026.

The following has been stated:

• It has scheduled a Mock Trading Session with Primary Site–Disaster Recovery (DR) Site Failover on Saturday, June 06, 2026, to test its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery preparedness in line with regulatory requirements. During the mock session, trading will initially take place from the primary site, after which the Exchange will perform an intraday failover to the DR site to test system resilience and recovery mechanisms in the event of a disruption.

• Similar drills conducted by NCDEX involve an abrupt disconnection from the primary site, migration to the DR site, and resumption of trading from the DR environment. Members are required to participate in the mock exercise, verify connectivity and system readiness, and are advised to take backups of mock trading data for reconciliation purposes. No production trading is affected, as the exercise is conducted in a test environment.
