NSE Revises Price Bands for Securities from June 05, 2026

Industry Specific ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 04, 2026, has revised the daily price bands applicable to securities in the Capital Market Segment with effect from June 5, 2026.

The following has been stated:

Under the revised framework, 42 securities will have a 2% price band, 565 securities a 5% price band, 177 securities a 10% price band, and 211 securities will have no price band as specified in the annexures. The remaining 2,288 securities will be subject to a 20% price band, while no securities fall under the 40% price band category.

NSE has clarified that securities with derivative products will continue to have a daily operating range of 10% even if classified under the no-band category. Additionally, all close-ended mutual funds will remain subject to a 10% price band. The revised limits will also apply in the Limited Physical Market, and the exchange will continue to update the daily price band review on its website.

The list of securities whose price bands have been revised is provided in Annexure V of the circular.
