Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 05, 2026, issued Mock Trading Session in Commodity Derivatives Segment on June 06, 2026.

The Exchange will conduct a mock trading session in the Commodity Derivatives segment on June 06, 2026, continuing earlier circulars. The session will be held in two phases—first from the primary site (10:00 to 13:00, including contingency window) and then from the Disaster Recovery (DR) site (13:45 to 14:30), followed by trade modification and collateral/position limit cut-off at 14:40. A live re-login session is scheduled between 16:00 and 16:30.

While no new version is being released specifically for this mock, members are required to prepare for the mandatory implementation of NEAT Adapter version 1.0.29 (Windows/Linux) and updated ports effective July 06, 2026 (mock). New ports (including 10869 and 10871) will support enhanced encryption and removal of MD5 checksum, along with improved acknowledgment features.

Members using direct connectivity (NNF users) must download and deploy the new CA certificate (available by June 05, 2026) and ensure readiness for migration by July 06, 2026. Updated network configurations and gateway parameters for the commodity derivatives segment have been specified.

The Exchange has advised members to follow detailed annexures covering mock session instructions, system prerequisites, and Disaster Recovery (DR) site switchover guidelines to ensure smooth participation and compliance.
