The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 05, 2026, issued Mock Trading Session in SLBM Segment on June 06, 2026.
The Exchange will conduct a mock trading session in the Securities Lending & Borrowing Mechanism (SLBM) segment on June 06, 2026, with trading carried out in two phases—first from the primary site (10:15 to 13:00, including contingency window) and then from the Disaster Recovery (DR) site (14:00 to 14:30). A live re-login session will be available from 16:00 to 16:30.
No new software version is being released specifically for this mock; however, members are required to prepare for the mandatory rollout of NEAT Adapter version 1.0.28 (Windows/Linux) and updated network ports effective July 06, 2026 (mock). The new port (10889) will support enhanced encryption with removal of MD5 checksum and improved message handling.
Members using direct connectivity (NNF users) must download and implement the new CA certificate (available by June 05, 2026) and ensure readiness for migration by July 06, 2026. Updated gateway configurations and network parameters for the SLBM segment have been specified.
The Exchange has advised members to follow detailed annexures covering mock session procedures, system prerequisites, and Disaster Recovery (DR) site switchover guidelines to ensure smooth participation and compliance.
