The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gases (MoPNG) on June 02, 2026, notified the effective date of the amended provisions of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, issued under the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026.
The Government has notified June 02, 2026, as the commencement date for the provisions of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026, relating to Serial No. 30 of the Schedule, which amends the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
