Industry Specific ComplianceThe Department of Medical Education & Research, Haryana, on June 05, 2026, issued a notification regarding amendments to the Policy regarding incentivization for Post-Graduation in Medical Colleges/Dental Colleges in the State of Haryana for In-Service (INS) Doctors serving with the Government of Haryana.

The following has been stated:-

•The Haryana Government has amended the Medical Education Bond provisions under its notification dated October 04, 2022. 

•In-service doctors who obtained postgraduate degrees in pre-clinical and para-clinical specialties using reserved seats in Haryana medical colleges must serve for 3 years in institutions under the Department of Medical Education and Research. 

•After completing the bond period, they may opt for absorption into the department. 

•In-service doctors from clinical branches and HCDS doctors are exempt from the Medical Education Bond and will continue serving in their parent departments.
