The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) on June 09, 2026, notified regarding the Submission of Action Taken Report (ATR).
With reference to the earlier circular on ease of compliance, NCDEX has reiterated that Trading Members must close all non-compliances identified in the Internal Audit Report within two months from the due date of submission. For the half year ended March 31, 2026, the Action Taken Report (ATR) must be submitted by July 31, 2026, duly certified by the empanelled Internal Auditor, covering at least one month of sample verification.
Members are required to submit the ATR via email and may also use the newly launched online portal for submission. However, submission is considered complete only when the Member submits it to the Exchange. Failure to close observations or submit ATR within the prescribed timeline will attract penalties and disciplinary actions. In cases of critical non-compliances, immediate action is mandated without waiting for ATR submission. Relevant annexures and a user manual have been provided to guide Members in the submission process.
