The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 11, 2026, notified regarding the Mock Trading on Saturday, June 13, 2026, for the Equity segment.
The following has been stated:
• The Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session for the Equity Segment on 13 June 2026 from both the Primary Site (PR) and Disaster Recovery Site (DR) to test trading systems and business continuity arrangements. The session will cover various market functionalities, including pre-open sessions, block deal windows, risk-reduction mode, trading halts, settlement auctions, and T+0 and T+1 trading.
• Trading members, including those using third-party trading platforms, can utilize the exercise to test their applications under normal and exceptional market conditions. Trading will be conducted on the primary site until 1:00 p.m., followed by a switchover to the disaster recovery site, where trading will continue until market close.
• The Exchange has clarified that no new BOLT TWS release is being introduced and that all trades executed during the mock session are solely for testing and familiarization purposes, carrying no margin, settlement, pay-in/pay-out obligations, rights, or liabilities. Market participants have been encouraged to actively participate in the exercise.
