The following has been stated:-

•CBIC has issued Advisory No. 10/2026 detailing the online filing procedure for CE INT-01 (Machine Sealing) and CE INT-02 (Machine De-sealing) under the 2025 tobacco packing machine rules.

•Taxpayers can submit, view, download, and, where permitted, withdraw requests through the Central Excise portal.

•Withdrawal is not allowed once the E-Lock process has been initiated by the tax officer through BSNL.

•Taxpayers who earlier filed sealing intimations manually must first file CE INT-01 online and obtain “Sealing Executed” status before applying for de-sealing through CE INT-02.
