The National Stock Exchange of India Limited has issued a reminder to all Trading Members regarding the mandatory submission of the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2026. The reminder refers to Exchange Circular No. NSE/INSP/73849 dated April 22, 2026, which prescribed the submission requirement.
The Exchange has clarified that the audit report must be submitted by all Trading Members categorized as Qualified REs, Mid-size REs, and Small-size REs. The report is required to be filed electronically through the ENIT Member Portal on or before June 30, 2026.
Trading Members have been advised to ensure timely compliance, as any delay or non-submission may attract penalties or disciplinary action in accordance with Exchange Circular No. NSE/INSP/73792 dated April 17, 2026.
