The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on June 16, 2026, issued reminder for submission of Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2026.
The circular reiterates the requirement for all trading members to submit the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ending March 31, 2026, in line with the earlier circular dated April 23, 2026. The submission deadline is June 30, 2026, and it is mandatory for all members classified as Qualified REs, Mid-size REs, and Small-size REs.
Further, as per the technology-based common submission mechanism, members who are registered with NSE are required to submit their audit report only to NSE. Members who are not registered with NSE must continue to submit the report directly to NCDEX via the prescribed email process.
Members are advised to adhere strictly to the submission timelines and process, as failure to comply may attract penalties or disciplinary action in accordance with the relevant exchange circulars.
