The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 16, 2026, issued Reminder for submission of Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit report for the period ended March 31, 2026.
The Exchange reiterates that Trading Members must submit the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ending March 31, 2026, by June 30, 2026, as per earlier notices. This requirement is mandatory to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Members who are also registered with NSE are required to submit the audit report only to NSE under the common submission mechanism. Those not registered with NSE must submit the report directly to the Exchange through the BEFS portal within the stipulated timeline.
To facilitate smooth submission, user manuals for both Members and Auditors have been provided. Non-compliance with the submission requirements may lead to penal or disciplinary action.
