Secretarial ComplianceThe Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on June 17, 2026, notified regarding the Conversion of the Demat Account to the BSDA in each quarter.

The following has been stated:

• Pursuant to SEBI’s measures on ease of investment and ease of doing business, CDSL has reminded Depository Participants (DPs) to reassess the eligibility of all existing Beneficial Owner (BO) accounts for conversion into Basic Services Demat Accounts (BSDA) at the end of every quarter.
