The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on June 19, 2026, issued a notification regarding the Revised Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme.
The following has been stated:-
•The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued the final revised Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Directions, 2026, after reviewing stakeholder feedback received on the draft directions released in February 2026.
•The updated framework applies to commercial banks, small finance banks, regional rural banks, and rural co-operative banks.
•The revised directions aim to streamline and strengthen KCC implementation across the banking sector.
