The Department of Industries & Commerce, Punjab, on March 27, 2026, issued a notification regarding relaxation in the timeline for filing Annual Production Reports under the Punjab Industrial & Business Development Policy, 2017.
The following has been stated:-
•The Punjab Government has granted a one-time relaxation in the timelines for filing Annual Production Reports (APRs) required for availing fiscal incentives under the Industrial & Business Development Policy, 2017.
•Industrial units may submit all pending APRs up to the financial year 2024-25 on or before August 16, 2026.
•The reports must be filed exclusively through the Fast Track Punjab Portal in online mode, and offline submissions will not be accepted.
•The Government has clarified that no further extension will be granted for filing these APRs.
