BSE Disaster Recovery Site Operations for ICCL Segments

Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on June 22, 2026, informed members and custodians that the Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) will conduct its operations from its Disaster Recovery (DR) Site for the Equity Cash, Equity Derivatives, Securities Lending and Borrowing (SLB), Currency Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, Debt, and Electronic Gold Receipt (EGR) segments from June 22, 2026, to June 23, 2026.

This arrangement is being implemented in line with Exchange Circular No. 20260622-1 dated June 22, 2026, and the operational schedule specified therein. The DR site operations are intended to ensure business continuity and operational resilience during the specified period.

The notice clarifies that there will be no changes in the manner members and custodians access ICCL applications or URLs, and all existing connectivity arrangements will continue to remain valid during the DR site operations.
