BSE Review of Additional Surveillance Measure (ASM) for Securities Witnessing Unusual Price Movement

Secretarial ComplianceThe BSE Limited (BSE), on June 19, 2026, announced the outcome of its periodic review of securities covered under the framework for Additional Surveillance Measure (ASM) applicable to securities witnessing unusual price movements. The review has been conducted in accordance with Exchange Circular No. 20251107-56 dated November 7, 2025.

Based on the review, certain securities identified in Annexure I have met the prescribed criteria for inclusion under the ASM framework and will be subject to the additional surveillance measures with effect from June 22, 2026. The objective of the framework is to enhance market surveillance and alert investors regarding securities exhibiting abnormal price behaviour.

The Exchange has also published Annexure II containing the list of securities that will be excluded from the ASM framework effective June 22, 2026, and Annexure III providing a consolidated list of all securities currently covered under the framework.
