The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), on June 18, 2026, notified the commencement of provisions of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026 relating to the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021.
Through this notification, the Central Government appointed July 1, 2026, as the date on which the amendments specified against Serial Number 73 of the Schedule to the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026, and the corresponding entries relating to the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021, shall come into force.
Accordingly, the relevant amendments introduced under the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026, concerning the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021, will become effective from July 1, 2026.
