Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) on June 22, 2026, notified the effective date of the amended provisions of the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010, issued under the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026.

The Government has notified June 22, 2026, as the commencement date for the provisions of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026, relating to Serial No. 67 of the Schedule, which amends the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010.
