Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) on June 23, 2026, issued a circular regarding the imposition of 2.5% Additional Surveillance Margin on Coriander Contracts.

The following has been stated:-

•NCDEX has re-triggered an Event-based Additional Surveillance Margin (E-ASM) of 2.5% on Coriander contracts due to a 10-day price movement exceeding the prescribed threshold. 

•The trigger occurred on June 23, 2026, and the E-ASM will apply to all running and future Coriander contracts until July 15, 2026. 

•No E-ASM has been triggered for Barley, Castor Seed, Guar Gum, Guar Seed, Jeera, or Turmeric. 

•All other applicable margins will continue to be levied as per existing rules.
