The Ministry of Communications (MoC) on June 23, 2026, issued notification of Portal under Telecommunications Rules (i.e. related to Principal, Miscellaneous and Captive Telecom Services and Migration).
The Central Government has notified the “Telecom eServices Portal” under the provisions of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 and related rules governing principal, miscellaneous, and captive telecommunication services, as well as migration conditions.
This portal has been introduced to facilitate the digital implementation of the Act and its associated rules, enabling streamlined and online processing of various telecom-related authorisations and services.
The initiative aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and ease of doing business by providing a centralized digital platform for stakeholders in the telecommunications sector.
