Industry Specific ComplianceThe National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on June 23, 2026, notified Integration of Pharma Jan Samadhan Portal with Pharma Sahi Daam Portal for enhanced citizen services.

The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) has launched two digital initiatives—Pharma Sahi Daam and Pharma Jan Samadhan—to enhance transparency and accessibility in medicine pricing. While Pharma Sahi Daam provides citizens with information on medicine prices, Pharma Jan Samadhan enables users to report and seek redressal of pricing-related grievances. Both platforms aim to promote accountability, citizen participation, and access to affordable medicines.

In line with the Government of India’s vision of “Minimum Government, Maximum Governance,” efforts have been made to improve service delivery and user convenience by integrating these two portals into a single unified digital platform. This integration is designed to provide a seamless, citizen-centric interface for accessing both price information and grievance redressal services.

The unified platform is expected to improve ease of access, enhance public awareness, reduce duplication of services, and deliver a more efficient and user-friendly digital experience. It reflects a move towards consolidated digital governance and better utilization of technology for public benefit.

The integrated portal will be operational from the date of issuance of the Office Memorandum, and all stakeholders and citizens are advised to continue using the services through the unified interface available under the “Pharma Sahi Daam” app/portal.
