Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on June 23, 2026, notified the effective date of the amended provisions of the Marine Products Export Development Authority Act, 1972, issued under the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026.

The Government has notified June 23, 2026, as the commencement date for the provisions of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026, relating to Serial No. 37 of the Schedule, which amends the Marine Products Export Development Authority Act, 1972.
