Labour Compliance The Kerala Government on June 23, 2026, notified regarding the shift in the Muharram Public Holiday from June 25, 2026, to June 26, 2026.

The Government has revised the public holiday schedule for Muharram and declared June 26, 2026 (Friday) as the public holiday instead of June 25, 2026 (Thursday). The change has been made in view of the observance of Muharram on June 26, 2026, while all other provisions of the earlier holiday notification dated October 31, 2025, remain unchanged.
