The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on June 25, 2026, issued a notification regarding enhancement of Online Submission of Half-Yearly Compliance Certificate.
The following has been stated:-
•CDSL has enhanced the online facility for Depository Participants (DPs) to submit the Half-Yearly Compliance Certificate by introducing mandatory 'Yes' or 'No' options for each compliance confirmation.
•If a DP selects 'No', it must provide reasons for non-compliance under Point No. 8 and detail the corrective measures taken.
•The updated submission process is outlined in Annexure I, while all other procedures and timelines remain unchanged as prescribed in the May 22, 2025 communiqué.
•DPs must continue to submit the certificate by January 31 and July 31 each year
