The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on June 25, 2026, notified regarding the Online enhanced facility for mandatory submissions by DPS.
The following has been stated:
• It has enhanced its online mandatory submission facility for Depository Participants (DPs) to simplify compliance reporting. A new 'Fetch from Previous Submission' option has been introduced under the 'NISM Information' menu, enabling DPs to retrieve details submitted earlier, update the validity date of existing NISM certification records through the 'Edit' option, or remove obsolete records using the 'Delete' option.
• New employee records will continue to be added through the existing single-entry or bulk-upload facility.
• Additionally, CDSL has introduced a new feature under the 'Investor Grievance Received at DP' menu, which automatically displays complaints that remained pending in the previous reporting period, allowing DPs to update the closure date once such complaints are resolved during the current reporting month.
