The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, on June 29, 2026, issued an amendment to its earlier notification for the extension of timelines under component II of the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for export facilitation (RELIEF) intervention.
The following has been stated:
In Para 7.2 of the Annexure to Notification No. 65/2025-26, under Component II, the eligibility and validity criteria, the eligibility period shall stand extended up to September 30, 2026, for shipments meant for delivery or transhipment under the intervention, to enhance utilization and facilitate trade resilience, and all other provisions remain unchanged.
Effect of this Notification: The eligibility timelines under Component II of the EPM RELIEF intervention are extended up to September 30, 2026, to support Indian exporters and mitigate logistics challenges arising out of the continuing West Asia Crisis.
