The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on June 30, 2026, issued a notice requiring Trading Members to submit the half-yearly compliance report on the usage of Software as a Service (SaaS)-based solutions/applications for the period January 2026 to June 2026. The requirement is in accordance with the SEBI Advisory on SaaS-based solutions and the Exchange's earlier notices on the subject.
The notice mandates that the SaaS compliance report for the applicable half-yearly period be submitted electronically through the BSE Electronic Filing System (BEFS) by July 31, 2026. The Exchange has also clarified that members who are registered with both BSE and NSE are required to submit the report only to NSE under the technology-based common submission mechanism, while exclusive BSE members must continue to file their reports through the BEFS portal.
Trading Members have been advised to follow the submission guidelines provided in Annexure 1 and ensure timely compliance with the reporting requirement.
