Industry Specific ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 30, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Quarterly Cyber Incident reporting under Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Framework for Regulated Entities (REs).

The following has been stated namely: -

• SEBI-regulated entities (REs) and trading members must submit the Quarterly Cyber Incident Report for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, by July 15, 2026

• Exclusive BSE members should submit the report through the BEFS portal (Cyber Incident Report → Quarterly Incident Reporting). 

• Members registered with both BSE and NSE need to submit the quarterly cyber incident report only to NSE under the common submission mechanism. 

• For reporting immediate cyber security incidents, members must follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued in the January 08, 2025 Exchange circular. 

• Failure to submit the report on time may attract disciplinary action as per the Exchange notice dated April 17, 2026. Members should ensure timely compliance.
