The Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on June 30, 2026, notified regarding the Futures and Options Contracts Launch Calendar for July 2026.
The following has been stated:
• It has announced the launch schedule for Futures and Options contracts that will be made available for trading during July 2026. New futures contracts across commodities such as aluminium, copper, cotton, precious metals, crude oil, natural gas, steel rebar and commodity indices will be launched on specified dates, with expiry dates extending up to July 2027 depending on the contract.
• Additionally, MCX will introduce new options contracts on commodities including Copper, Zinc, Gold Mini, Silver, Silver Mini, Crude Oil, Natural Gas, and MCX iCOMDEX Bullion Index, along with their respective trading, expiry, devolvement, and settlement schedules.
• Members are advised to refer to the Exchange's contract specifications and delivery & settlement procedures available on the MCX website and ensure compliance with the applicable timelines and operational requirements for the newly launched contracts.
