Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on June 30, 2026, issued an amendment to the older notification 06/2026-Central Excise, dated March 26, 2026, to revise the SAED rates on exports of petrol and diesel outside India

In the said notification, in the Table,

• Against serial number 1, in column (4), for the entry, the entry “Rs. 4 per litre” shall be substituted.

• Against serial number 2, in column (4), for the entry, the entry “Rs. 8.5 per litre” shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force with effect from July 01, 2026.
