The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on June 30, 2026, amended an older notification No. 08/2026-Central Excise, dated March 26, 2026, related to the effective rate of Special Additional Excise Duty (SAED) on the export of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) outside India.
The following has been stated:-
•In the notification, in the Table, against serial number 1, in column (4), for the entry, the entry “Rs. 7.5 per litre” shall be substituted.
This notification shall come into force with effect from July 01, 2026.
