The Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on July 01, 2026, has announced the acceptance of the revised MCX Good Delivery (GD) Norms for BIS-standard Gold and Silver by expanding the Good Delivery list for all gold futures contracts, effective July 13, 2026.
In line with SEBI guidelines and the revised MCX Good Delivery Norms, the Exchange has empanelled three domestic refiners—M. D. Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Kundan Refinery Pvt. Ltd., and Zaveri and Company Pvt. Ltd.—whose specified gold products will now be eligible for delivery against Gold futures contracts.
Additionally, the Exchange has expanded the Good Delivery eligibility of existing refiners, including Titan Company Ltd., Augmont Enterprises Ltd., Parker Precious Metals LLP, and Sovereign Metals Limited, allowing their approved products to be delivered across multiple gold contract variants such as Gold (1 kg), Gold Mini (100 gm), Gold Ten (10 gm), Gold Guinea (8 gm), and Gold Petal (1 gm). Members are advised to take note of the updated empanelled refiners and the expanded Good Delivery list applicable to all running gold futures contracts.
