Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on July 02, 2026, issued a circular regarding revision in 2FA Authorization Process for Mutual Fund Transactions and Systematic Registrations/Cancellations on the NSE MF Invest Platform.

The following has been stated:-

•Effective July 04, 2026, the revised Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) framework will use the registered email ID and mobile number available in the respective RTA records against the folio number and PAN to authorize specified mutual fund transactions on the NSE MF Invest Platform. 

•The revised process applies to additional purchases, redemptions, switches, SIP/XSIP, STP, and SWP registrations and cancellations. 

•Members should ensure that investor contact details in RTA records are accurate and updated. 

•Detailed operational guidelines and process flow are provided in Annexure-I.
