Secretarial ComplianceThe Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX), on July 3, 2026, directed all trading members to report Cyber Security Incidents for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in accordance with the Exchange's cyber security framework and earlier circulars. Members are required to submit information on both occurrence and non-occurrence of cyber incidents through the designated online portal.

The circular further provides that members who are registered with both MCX and NSE shall submit their quarterly cyber incident report only to NSE, in line with the common technology-based reporting mechanism adopted across exchanges. Members registered only with MCX shall continue to submit the required information directly to the Exchange through the existing process.

The Exchange has made available a help file on its SFTP common path to facilitate online submissions. The reporting portal shall remain open until July 15, 2026, and members have been advised to ensure timely compliance with the reporting requirements.
